15-02-2018: Day 1 on our 2018 planting project at Kingston Hill

Preparation is key
Last Saturday, the Environment Trust's Duke of Edinburgh volunteers helped KUBAG with our site preparation for a tree planting project in November 2018.

02-02-2018: Opportunity to work on a film project with WWF and Jungle Creations.

Hi folks, please find below the details of a project which looks at a different way of communicating the issues faced by species in the natural world.

Please contact Rosie Box (email below) if you are interested.

***CASTING CALL*** WWF and Jungle Creations are looking for someone to take part in a social experience to help highlight the colossal destruction of animal's natural habitat and support Earth Hour.

The project will take place over 5 days and require you to remain in a flat rigged with cameras for that whole time with little to no contact with the outside world. During your time in the flat we will influence your environment to highlight key elements that are heavily impacting our natural world.

Our aim is not to embarrass or torture you, but to simple showcase the affect we as humans are having on the world around us. It's a unique opportunity to help an amazing cause and hopefully inspire people to do a little more for the planet. To take part you would need to initially send a self tape talking about why you think you would be good for the project and what you think you might learn to rosiebox@junglecreations.com. This project is paid and will film w/c 19th February 2018.
